Elena was great in helping and assisting us. She was very helpful in guiding our choices and we ended up happily spending more than we originally planned because she was so good and patient at explaining all the diamond quality variables and trade offs we can make to arrive at the right choice, without ever pushing anything. We really felt we had an advisor who had our best interest in mind. Overall excellent experience.

The diamond factory were courteous to my requests. I had a deadline for my order and the made sure that there was a contingency plan in place just in case the ring didn't arrive on time. The ring arrived within the timescales that they promised anyway. An 5 star service from all the staff 👏🏾
